Resolution No. 113/2025 amending Resolution No. 69/2017 on the National Steering Committee of the Programme of Rural Socioeconomic Opportunities (CNP-POSER).

This Resolution amends articles from 1 to 4 of Resolution No. 69/2017 of 7 July, establishing the National Steering Committee for the Rural Socio-Economic Opportunities Programme. The Committee is a consultative and multisectoral coordination body, with the mission of monitoring and supporting the implementation of the aforementioned Programme. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, new composition and duties of the above mentioned Committee.
