This Decree regulates the emergency intervention measure of support for legal entities and entrepreneurs who store raspberries of the 2025 harvest year, in order to settle obligations towards producers, the method of its implementation, as well as the financial resources for its implementation. As an extraordinary intervention measure a specific support is established for a legal entity and entrepreneur registered with the Business Registers Agency, which stores raspberries of the 2025 harvest, in a cold store entered in the Central Register of Facilities in accordance with the law regulating food safety, through the approval of a loan with the Postal Savings Bank, Joint Stock Company Belgrade for the purpose of settling obligations towards producers of raspberries of the 2025 harvest.
