This Executive Decree, under the Petroleum Activities Law (No. 10/04), establishes the Technical Regulations for the Annual Production Plan. This Regulation establishes the guidelines to be observed by the Operator in preparing the Annual Production Plan (PAP) for an oil field, and defines the procedures for the approval, implementation and review of said Plan. The Annual Production Plan shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Technical Regulation and shall contain sufficient information to enable the ANPG to assess its compliance with: The General Development and Production Plan, in accordance with its latest revision approved by the Ministry that oversees the Oil and Natural Gas Sector, and the potential of the field and other revitalisation programmes. The Annual Production Plan shall include, in addition to forecasts for oil, natural gas and water production, forecasts for oil, natural gas and water movement, a description of the forecast for natural gas flaring and losses, the forecast for the injection of special fluids into reservoirs for the purpose of enhanced production recovery, the disposal of solid waste from the production process, and other complementary information.
