These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 43 of the Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security Act, concern the protection of every radiation worker, including itinerant worker, against occupational exposure from an authorised practice. The Regulations concern the following matters: control of occupational exposure; protection and safety measures; establishment and implementation of policies, procedures and organisational arrangements for protection and safety; health services for radiation workers; maintaining a radiation protection programme; use of radiation monitoring equipment.
