Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Chhattisgarh Act No. 2 of 2015).

This Act amends the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (No. 17 of 1961). In the Act, for the words State Election Commission, wherever they occur, the words State Co-operative Election Commission shall be substituted. Clause (jj) of section 2 of the Act is substituted. Section 50-B of the Act, pertaining to the elections of co-operatives societies to be conducted by the State Co-operative Election Commission is substituted.
