This Notification makes amendment in the Notification on the implementation procedures and principles of the Green Transformation Support Program (principal Notification). The title of the Notification has been changed to the Notification on the implementation procedures and principles of the Green Transformation Program. The purpose and the scope of the principal Notification laid down in Article 1 has been amended as follows: The purpose of this Notification is to determine the implementation procedures and principles of the Green Transformation Program, which will be implemented to support investments that are compatible with the circular economy approach, protect natural resources, contribute to climate and sustainability goals, and aim for resource-efficient and low-carbon production in Türkiye. This Notification covers the procedures and principles to be applied in the application, evaluation, monitoring, revision and completion processes of the Green Transformation Program, as well as other matters related to the management of the Program. The principal Notification implements the Presidential Decree No. 1 on the Presidential Organization and Presidential Decree on state support for investments. This Notification amends Article 4 of the principal Notification as regards the roadmap report including green transformation practices, Articles 7 and 9 of the principal Notification regarding the application within the scope of the program, Article 10 of the principal Notification concerning the scope of the projects to be eligible for the Program, Article 12 of the principal Notification regarding investment progress report, and Article 14 of the principal Notification as regards the removal of the projects that fail to achieve the defined targets from the Program and revocation of the Green Transformation Center title granted to the facility where these projects were implemented.
