The Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Support Program for the preservation of milk production in the area of restriction zones due to the outbreak of plague of small ruminants. Eligible beneficiaries of support are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Detailed user eligibility conditions are laid down in article 5. The amount of support represents compensation for the value of milk that was not collected in the period from the inclusion of subjects in a particular restriction zone to the creation of conditions for re-collection of milk. Method and deadlines for submission of Request for support are defined in article 8. Administrative control and grant award procedure are determined by article 9.
