This Act is composed of 5 chapters, i.e.: Scope and Object of this Act (I); Regulation of Fishery Activities (II); Regulations Governing Catch Capacity (III); Administration and Inspection (IV); Penalties; Entry into Force (V). This Act shall not apply to Greenland or the Faeroe Islands.
