The Act approves and implements the Border Groundwater Agreement contained in the 3 Schedules. The Agreement establishes the management regime for the protection and sharing of the groundwater resources adjacent to the border between the State of South-Australia and the State of Victoria. It establishes a Review Committee for the purposes of the Agreement. (13 sections)
