Act creating the Forestry Development Authority (FDA Act 1976).

This Act provides for the Forestry Development Authority as a corporate body pursuant to the Public Authorities Law. The Authority shall also have the power to establish Government Forest Reserves, Native Authority Forest Reserves, Communal Forests and National Parks. (16 sections)
