The 7 sections of this Act carry the following titles: Short title (1); Commencement (2); Interpretation (3); Imposition of levy (4); Amount of levy (5); By whom is levy payable? (6); Regulations (7). A levy is imposed on the grant of a licence in accordance with provisions of Part 3 of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.
