Presidential Decree No. 494 implementing EEC Directive No. 75/445 on the trading of forestry propagating material.

The Decree amends Act of 22 May 1973, No. 269 according to EC Directive No. 75/445. The amendments concern the information to be provided in the labels with respect to the category of the propagating material. Other provisions concern the characteristics of the material and the registration on the National Register.
