Article 1 of the present Ordinance amends articles 1, 5 and 10 of the Ordinance on wine survey of 14 January 1991 (BGBl. I p. 78),article 2 amends certain articles of the Ordinance on wine of 4 August 1983 (BGBl. I p. 1078). Article 3 contains another amendment to the mentioned Ordinance on wine (articles 2, 6, 8, 10, 18, 21 and 24) and article 4 amends article 10 of the Ordinance on sparkling wine of 15 July 1971 (BGBl. I p. 939). The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
