Decree-Law No. 219/96 approving EEC Directive No. 93/113, concerning enzymes and micro-organisms to be used in animal feed, and EEC Directive No. 93/114 amending EEC Directive No. 70/524 concerning additives to be used in animal feed.

This Decree-Law establishes requirements for the use and the placing into the market additives, enzymes and micro-organisms for animal feed. It is composed of 22 articles and 1 annex laying down the conditions to be met for such activities. It also prescribes packaging and labelling requirements. The annex lists a model relating to the detailed composition of animal feed.
