This Order establishes the regime for granting incentives for the modernization of transformation and marketing of agricultural and agro-forestry products. It is composed of 17 articles (concerning the requirements to be met for obtaining financial incentives) and 3 Annexes (specifying the sectors which may benefit from such incentives).
