This Regional Decree establishes composition and competencies of Regional Department of Agriculture, Fishery and Forestry. It consists of 16 articles specifying requirements, purposes, competencies, services, etc. to be satisfied by the aforementioned Department in the field of oenological practise (Madeira's wine).
