This Order regulates the production of agricultural seed in order to placing them on the market. It consists of 17 articles specifying the requirements to be satisfied (including sanitary requirements) for obtaining a licence for producing seeds and planting material. It also lists fees to be paid by seed producers in order to obtain such licence.
