This Act creates Coast Guard Service. It consists of 6 articles establishing competencies and duties of the aforementioned administration in the following sectors: cooperation with hunting and fishery services of the Ministry of Agriculture, sanitary assistance to coastal zones' inhabitants, information relevant to weather reports, management and control of marine and internal waters activities, etc. The aforementioned national administration is under the Ministry of Navy.
