This Regulation contains requirements on data collecting regarding small scale fishery, such as: information about licence holder, data on fishing vessel, fishing zone where the vessel is engaged and equipment data. The text is followed by model forms. The supervision of this Regulation lies with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
