This Regulation contains requirements, procedures and programmes for compulsory examination regarding the issue of licences for small scale fishing. It also sets out the content and framework of the Register containing data on fishermen. The procedures regarding the examination, as well as the registration of qualified licence holder are administered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
