This Decree regulates Act No. 6.513 (making provisions on Wildlife and Touristic Areas). It consists of 49 articles regulating these areas and laying down the requirements to be satisfied in order to manage and protect areas for touristic exploitation. It also concerns sanctions to be paid by offenders and competent authorities for carrying out controls.
