These Regulations, consisting of six sections completed by four Schedules, provide for accuracy of water meters, charges for sewerage services, water supply charges, plans accompanying applications for a permit to carry out work under section 39(3) of the Act, loans offered by the Authority under section 74(3)(a) of the Act and some other financial matters, and prescribe fees for of a matter or service specified in Column 2 of the Schedule.
