Executive Order authorising owners and/or users of unregistered or unauthorised water/sewer connection, devices or instruments to comply with MWSS Rules and Regulations, without penalty, under the "MWSS Operation Linis" Program (No. 57 of 1993).

A program set up by the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) tries to provide better and efficient services to MWSS customers. In order to control better illegal water practices now owners and/ or users of water and sewerage connections which draw water from the water supply system or discharge water illegally are invited to disclose the existence of such illegal operations and apply for registration of unregistered devices and connections.
