Administrative Order requiring a permit and clearance from the National Food Authority prior to any importation of corn, feedgrains and/or their substitutes (No. 272 of 1992).

In order to protect the local corn industry in times of abundant supply of corn, government agencies dealing with importation of commodities shall see to it that prior to importation of corn or other feed grains or their substitutes, an import permit and clearance from the National Food Authority is obtained by the importer, whether the importation is made for own use or for resale.
