Legislative Decree No. 331 implementing Council Directive 97/2/EC of 20 January 1997 laying down minimum standards for the protection of calves.

This Legislative Decree, composed of 2 articles and 1 Annex, implements Directive 97/2/EC. From 1 January 1998, article 3 is replaced and new provisions on the calves pen shall apply on all newly built or rebuilt holdings and on all those brought into use after that date.
