Decree relative to entry into force of the Agreement with Estonia concerning cooperation in the field of conservation of water resources (No. 19 of 2000).
The Agreement of 12 February 1999 between the two states entered into force on 26 January 2000. The authority mentioned in article 2 of the Agreement shall be for Finland the Ministry of the Environment.
