This Decree approves the Statute of the Sugar Institution (INA) under the Ministry of Industry. It consists of 5 chapters and 1 table establishing composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned Institution, whose main objective is to improve sugar production (including industrial exploitation). This Statute is divided as follows: Definition (Chap. 1); Competencies and composition (2 and 3); Personnel and financial aspects (4, 5 and table).
