This Resolution establishes the management policy for environmental disasters. It consists of 7 chapters defining: Natural disasters and relevant preventive measures (Chap. 1), Principles of the management policy (2), General and specific objectives (3), Strategies (4), Competent authorities entitled to manage environmental disasters (5 and 6), Fund (7).
