An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources to implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organization of the market in wine. In particular, the Ordinance deals with abandonment premiums of vine growing on a particular area; distillation; subsidies for the production and use of grape must, concentrated grape must and rectified concentrated grape must; aid granted to producers for the private storage of table wine; restructuring and conversion of vineyards. The Ordinance consists of 32 articles divided into 7 chapters. Two annexes are enclosed.
