This Order approves the Regulation for Assistance Programme to Forestry exploitation, Trade and Transformation of wood products (Action 3.5). It concerns the aforementioned Regulation (consisting of 19 articles and 2 annexes) the aim of which is to apply the regime (measure no. 3) of the Programme for Agricultural and Rural Development assistance, called «Programa Agro», as follows: modernisation of forestry equipment and techology; encouraging sorting and classification of forestry products; improving and taking advantage of wood and pine-resin products trade; minimising environmental impact. It specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from this financial assistance.
