The objective of this Law which includes 7 articles is to provide incentives to vine producers for developing vine production. Loans will be granted to producers whose projects would be ratified by Technical Agricultural Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture. These loans will be granted for a term of 15 years. Small scale operation up to 30 ha will have priority in acquiring loans. Granted loans can not be used for any other purposes.
