A form of the application for authority for special use of spearguns is revoked. The following new forms are added: application to use a seine net in Cayman waters; licence to use a seine net; application to take turtles in Cayman waters; licence to take turtles (under the Turtle Protection) Regulations; application for the possession and use of speargun(s) in Cayman waters; licence to use spearguns. In addition, fees for these licences are specified.
