This Decree-Law regulates Decree-Law No. 237/2000 on production and trade of propagative materials of ornamental plants. It consists of 4 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a licence for ornamental plant production and seed certification in order to place on the market these plant products.
