Complementary Law No. 76 providing for a special contradictory procedure for the expropriation of rural property for land reform purposes.

This Law regulates expropriation procedure in order to enforce the agricultural reform. It consists of 25 articles establishing the legal procedures for land expropriation purposes in compliance with the agricultural reform. It specifies requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above-mentioned administrative and legal proceedings.
