This Resolution regulates radioactive waste disposal. It consists of 6 articles establishing that radioactive waste in any form or chemical composition and in any quantity may only be imported or exported with the prior consent of the National Nuclear Power Commission (CNEN), after receiving the opinion of the Brazilian Institute for the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA).
