Ministerial Joint Decree No. 92262 completing Presidential Order No. 115, in compliance with Council Directive No. 99/80/EC.

This Decree implements articles 1, 2 (paragraphs 1 to 4) and the annex attached to Council Directive No. 99/80/EC. Furthermore, with the purpose of adapting the existing national regulations to those of the Directive, Azimsulfuron is hereby designated as an active substance in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 115/1997.
