This Order establishes milk quality standards according to EC Regulations and concerns new methods of analisis to be applied to the aforementioned food. It states new requirements to be satisfied by milk products (including food additives, packaging and labelling, quality standards, etc.) and repeals all contrary provisions in particular: a) Order No. 427/87 of 4 June; b) Order No. 473/87 of 4 June; c) Order No. 66/88 of 2 February; d) Order No. 110/88 of 2 February; e) Order No. 73/90 of 1 February; f) Order No. 74/90 of 1 February; g) Order No. 75/90 of 1 February; h) Order No. 76/90 of 1 February; i) Order No. 77/90 of 1 February; j) Order No. 1169/95 of 23 September.
