This Act regulates Water and Watercourses in Nova Scotia. It extinguishes the Crowns' interest in all that land covered with water situate, lying and being at Garden Lots, in the County of Lunenburg and Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. The particulars of which are set out in the schedule attached to the Act. Furthermore the Act repeals 1994-95, c. 1, s. 176(14).
