This Regional Legislative Decree creates the Regional Secretariat of Agriculture and Fisheries (SRAP). The Statute of the aforementioned institution consists of 10 Chapters establishing that this regional administration shall be entitled to carry out the necessary actions to enforce regional policies on the agricultural, forestry, livestock, fisheries and food sectors. It specifies composition, competencies and duties of the aforesaid institution. A map lists geographical areas under the jurisdiction of SRAP.
