The Government, for the purpose of carrying out interaction between the Government and the Agrarian Union as regards the realization of agrarian reform, promotion of the free enterprise, economic activity and cooperation, as well as for the solution of social problems in the countryside, decrees that the Ministry of Agriculture and Food is authorized to enlist the Agrarian Union to the elaboration of the programs of development and reformation of the agro-industrial complexes well as for the elaboration of the drafts of the Federal Laws and other legislative acts forwarded for the examination by the Russian Government. The Government considers it necessary to conclude the annual agreements between the Government and the Agrarian Union. The Government recommends the Regional executive Bodies to render assistance to the regional branches of the Agrarian Union and cooperate with them on the basis of annual agreements.
