Legislative Decree No. 493 implementing Directive 96/90/EC amending Directive 92/118/EEC on sanitary requirements in matter of trade in and imports into the Community of certain products.
Legislative Decree No. 674 of 1996 is hereby amended and supplemented as follows: article 5, paragraph 2 b) is replaced; paragraph 2 c-bis) is added to article 5; Chapter 2 of Annex II is replaced.
