Ministerial Decree implementing Directives 2001/35/EC, 2001/39/EC and 2001/48/EC and amending Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 fixing maximum levels for active substances of phytosanitary products on foodstuffs.

This Ministerial Decree lays down maximum residue limits for active substances of phytosanitary products in and on: (a) vegetable products listed in Annex 1, parts A and C to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; (b) cereals listed in Annex 1, part B to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; (c) products of animal origin listed in Annex 1, part D to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000. Two Annexes, containing the above-mentioned limit values, are attached.
