Ministerial Decree implementing Commission Directives 2000/51/EC and 2001/52/EC amending Commission Directive 95/31/EC of 5 July 1995 laying down specific criteria of purity concerning sweeteners for use in foodstuffs.

The specific purity criteria, concerning additives E 421 mannitol, E 950 acesulfame K and E 965 (ii) maltitol syrup, listed out in Annex XVI to Ministerial Decree No. 209 of 27 February 1996 are replaced by the criteria contained in the Annex to this Decree.
