This Regional Act encourages fish production so as to ensure the improvement of proteinic animal products manufacturing. For these purposes, the Region shall grant subsidies intended for the improvement of aquaculture by using freshwater and brackish water and for the promotion of fish farming in freshwater and brackish water. The above-mentioned subsidies shall be granted to the entities, cooperatives and enterprises listed out in article 4. Article 6 specifies the content of the application to be forwarded to the regional authority.
