Legislative Decree No. 27 amending and supplementing Legislative Decree No. 31 of 2 February 2001 implementing Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption.

The Legislative Decree lays down amendments and addenda to Legislative Decree No. 31 of 2001, mainly concerning measures to be undertaken by the local health authorities, quality checks to be carried out by laboratories, internal inspections, parameters and parametric values related to water intended for human consumption.
