This Order, composed of four sections, makes provisions for the institution of a Tomato Products Board. Section 1 announces the institution of the Tomato Products Board composed by six producers delegates, two tomato growers delegates, One general exporters delegate and three government delegates. Section 2 regards the power given to the board to set rules for the regulation of production and exportation of tomato products. Section 3 gives powers to the board to set levies and taxes on producers and authorized exporters and to define payment modalities. Section 4 establishes the validity of this document till 4 July 2001.
