The Government decrees as follows: 1) To substitute in the title and in the text of the Ministerial Decree No. 686 of 1994 regarding organization of the provision of agro-industrial complex with machinery on the basis of long-term lease the wording “long-term lease” with the wording “financial lease”. 2) To substitute in the last paragraph of the item 6 of the Ministerial Decree No.758 of 1996 regarding the state support of farmers, gardeners and the owners of subsidiary small-holding the wording “lease operations” with the wording “financial lease”. 3) To make the following amendments to the Ministerial Decree No.1367 of 1997 regarding improvement of leasing activity in the agro industrial complex: a) to substitute in the title and in the text of the Ministerial Decree and of the Regulation the wording “long-term lease” with the wording “financial lease”; b) to cancel in the item 6 of the aforesaid Regulation the wording “holders of the licence”.
