The Government decrees to reorganize the Russian River Register attached to the Government of the Russian Federation into Russian River Register attached to the Ministry of Transport. Russian River Register is state institution of classification, registration and technical supervision of vessels riverine and mixed (river-sea) navigation. The Ministry of Transport, in concordance with the State Committee for the Management of State Property and the Ministry of Finance are authorized to validate the Regulation on Russian River Register.
