This Regulation repeals Regulations No. 64/99, 24 November and 7/2001, 18 January, establishing dispositions concerning support regime for crop growers. It is composed of 37 articles, VIII Chapters and III Annexes. Chapter II mentions the regionalisation plan in which support will be given according to region and income. Chapter III specifies irrigation crops and types of watering techniques. Chapter V refers to wheat and to authorized varieties. Chapter VI mentions restrictions to oleaginous cultures. Chapter VII relates to fibre destined plantations.
