The Decree is divided into art. 1 “Position and Function”, stating the situation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment as an Agency. Article 2, “Task and powers”, indicates the strategies, legal proceedings and planning to be performed under the mandate of the Ministry for land and mineral resources and for overall environmental issues. Article 3 deals with the Ministry organizational chart.
